Product Overview:

CQYB magnetic gas-liquid mixing pump is a new type of vortex pump that our company has redesigned based on years of experience in producing vortex pumps. The pump adopts a magnetic transmission structure, without a shaft seal, and can transport liquids containing gas without leakage. Later, our company's R&D team, together with researchers from universities, developed a new type of magnetic gas-liquid mixing pump that can be unloaded, dry abrasion resistant, high-temperature resistant, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, rewriting a chapter in history for magnetic pumps that cannot run idle. Through the use of multiple customers, it has been proven that this pump not only has the characteristics of low flow and high head, but also has the advantage of magnetic pump without leakage, which is highly favored by a large number of users. The overcurrent part of the pump is made of metal materials such as stainless steel, which can transport flammable, explosive, toxic and other dangerous liquids, valuable liquids, refrigerants or high-temperature liquids, low viscosity liquids, corrosive liquids, harsh operating and gas containing liquids, liquefied gas, liquid ammonia and other easily gasified liquids without leakage.

Installation and use of magnetic pump

(1) CQYB magnetic gas-liquid mixing pump should be installed horizontally and not vertically.

(2) When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis line, open the suction pipeline valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve.

(3) Before using the pump, it should be checked that the motor fan blades rotate flexibly, without jamming or abnormal noise, and all fasteners should be tightened.

(4) Check if the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the direction mark of the magnetic pump.

(5) Before starting the pump, open the inlet and outlet valves. After the pump enters normal working condition, adjust the discharge valve to the desired opening.

(6) Before the pump stops working, the discharge valve should be fully opened, and then the pump should be stopped before closing the suction pipe valve.

Precautions for using magnetic pumps

(1) Due to the fact that the cooling and lubrication of the magnetic pump bearings rely on the medium being transported, idling is prohibited, while avoiding no-load operation caused by restarting after a power outage during operation. If there is an inevitable phenomenon of idling in the working conditions, you can choose our company's new type of magnetic gas-liquid mixing pump that can withstand no-load, dry wear, high temperature, energy saving and environmental protection.

(2) If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen should be added to the pump inlet; If it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.

(3) The ambient temperature of the pump should be less than (40 degrees), and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75 degrees

(4) The medium being transported and its temperature range from -45 degrees Celsius to 300 degrees Celsius; A liquid without hard particles and fibers, with a density not exceeding 1600kg/m3 and a viscosity not exceeding 900m2/s. In case of special circumstances beyond the above range, it should be emphasized that customization is possible.

(5) For media that are prone to precipitation and crystallization during transportation, the buckle should be cleaned in a timely manner to drain the accumulated liquid in the pump. Or choose jacket insulation type.

(6) After 4500 hours of operation of the magnetic pump, the wear of the bearings and end face dynamic rings should be disassembled and inspected. If the gap between the bearings and the shaft sleeve is greater than 0.6mm and the axial displacement of the impeller is 1.5-2mm, the bearings and axial dynamic rings should be replaced.

(7) This series of pumps is installed by personnel during use, and is effectively grounded during installation. Please refer to the wiring diagram for details.

(8) The internal and external couplings of this series of pumps are made of high-performance permanent magnet materials, which may pose potential hazards to the following components. Please keep the following components at a distance from this series of pumps. Such as pacemakers, credit cards, magnetic cards, calculators, computer disks, watches, etc.
